SomaHealth currently manages John Fawkner Private Hospital EmergencyDepartment. SOMA Health manages policies and procedures, education andskilling of medical staff within the department, as well as the fullmedical model.

Soma Health have also established a successfulShort Stay Unit. The success of the model used at this site has leadto its duplication in other locations.

John Fawkner Hospital Emergency Department

JohnFawkner Private Hospital is a 141 bed hospital with full surgical,cardiac and other specialties. It also has a Level II Intensive CareUnit.
Soma Health manages the medical model of the EmergencyDepartment. This includes providing a Director of Emergency Services,and all medical staff to that department.

Hobart Private Hospital Emergency Department

SOMAHealth is currently managing the Emergency Department at Hobart PrivateHospital. SOMA Health have reviewed all processes used in theEmergency Department. They have established streamlined patientmanagement and disposition, as well as the establishment and use ofshort stay medicine for this Emergency Department and the Hospital.

Mildura Base Hospital Emergency Department

SOMAHealth is providing an advisory role at Mildura Base Hospital. We areestablishing education and upskilling of medical staff, as well asproviding the basis for the Emergency Department to become accreditedfor Emergency Medicine Training.
